What happens if I'm late or need to cancel my booking?
During busy periods, we operate a sitting policy based on your group size and would respectfully request that you arrive promptly to ensure you take full advantage of your time allocation.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and haven’t let us know, we cannot guarantee to hold the table for your booking and it might be given to waiting guests.

We play a diverse array of music, but primarily a mix of house, RnB, and alternative
What is Jakata’s dress code?
Smart casual dress code.
Clean trainers are fine & we request that hats are not to be worn inside the lower ground lounge club.
Does Jakata charge an entrance fee?
Fridays and Saturdays, we charge from 21:00 onwards. Please check our website regularly for special and ticket-only events & do not hesitate to contact us for further information before your visit.
Does Jakata have a cloakroom?
Yes we do, it’s located on the lower ground floor behind the DJ booth.
